What started in girlhood as a playtime diversion is now paying off professionally for Charlita. She began baking at age 8 when she received her first Easy-Bake Oven. For the past 20 years she has crafted wedding cakes and novelty cakes for corporate and individual clients. Charlita's Cakes has earned a reputation for the creation of some of the most unique and divine cakes in Atlanta, Georgia. Charlita’s Cakes is the preferred vendor for the Hyatt Regency Suites Hotel on Windy Hill Road in Marietta and the Atlanta Hilton Airport Hotel near the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. Her cakes range from traditional to modern – including birthday cakes, anniversary cakes and wedding cakes. She also has cakes for occasions like engagement parties, bridal showers, corporate catering events, holiday desserts, baby showers, christenings and individual cakes for that special person.
